How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing time typically takes 2-3 business days. Customized orders may require an additional 5-7 business days. For bulk orders, delivery can take 3-4 weeks, while smaller orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the USA typically takes 3-5 business days.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we offer bulk and corporate orders for both Turkish towels and tote bags. Please contact us for pricing and customization options for orders over 25 units. We're happy to work with you to create the perfect products for your business or event.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, customized towels cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
