Important Shipping Information
Please note that all customs duties, taxes, or additional fees related to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Import regulations and charges are determined by the contents and value of your order. These fees may be required at the time of delivery or invoiced separately at a later date.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable due to refusal to pay import fees, multiple failed delivery attempts, or other reasons, it may be abandoned at the destination. In cases where the package is returned to us, any additional shipping and import fees will be charged to the customer. Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all related shipping and customs costs.
