Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully processed based on order size and customization requirements. Please allow 2-10 business days for processing before shipment.
  • During peak seasons, such as promotional sales or the holiday season, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Express Shipping

  • We offer express shipping exclusively to the United States via FedEx and UPS.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, it will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive shipment tracking information as soon as your package is handed over to the courier, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will enable you to track your package through the FedEx or UPS website until it reaches your doorstep.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items

  • If your order includes custom or special-order items, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any expected delays.
  • We do not offer split shipments; all items in your order will be dispatched together once they are ready.

Shipping Policy

  • Currently, we are offering shipping exclusively to the USA.
  • All orders are shipped from Turkiye, ensuring the authenticity and quality of our Turkish towels.

Non-Signature Deliveries

  • For your convenience, all shipments are sent with a signature requirement upon delivery. If you prefer a non-signature delivery, please ensure a secure location is available for your package.
  • Please note that by opting for a non-signature delivery, you accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the courier confirms delivery. Unfortunately, Terralina and our shipping partners cannot offer refunds or replacements for such incidents.

Failed Delivery & Redirections

  • In the event that a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the receiver.
  • If a package is redirected back to us, any associated fees (including return shipping, re-import duties, and taxes) will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • Should you wish to have your order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
